I'm already very slim, 5'3 and 106 pounds, but I really need to tone my butt, I have the worst butt and legs. I do 30 minutes on the elliptical 5 days a week and I use some leg machines at the gym, but I'm not sure they are working, I've been using them
if thats the case.. if your very slim.. then you can do leg workouts once a week

I'm aware that you need time to burn the calories during the day which is why you should eat earlier but after a workout and getting home late this is the only time left for dinner.Please no obvious answers. Yes my salads are healthy they aren't garnished
I don't think so. Vegetables are mostly fiber, and you can't go wrong with that. :D

I am trying to get back in shape and I will be doing high Intensive training. I am going to start running and swimming (doing these in the same day, running in the morning or afternoon and swimming at night) and probably do about 30 minutes of light workout
Running in the morning is alright,as long as you do proper stretching.
Stretch before and after swimming.At first don't do hard swimming exercises.Start at first by working with a kick board and work on the different kicks,you may use fins as well.Then

I am 20 years old and workout regularly, usually 5 days a week. I take a pre-workout nitrous oxide booster and a lean mass protein post-workout. I am satisfied with my size and strength, I just want to be more defined. Any suggestions?
The diet is the most important factor in showing definition. Also, working in the 12 to 15 rep range, with 13,14 and 15 being hard to get up, will really put the blood to the muscles..getting lean is more about diet that the workout. A full 70% of how

Piloxing, a relatively new practice that combines Pilates and boxing, sounded
like a challenge when Ms. Delluomo explained it to me over the phone a few days
earlier. The interval workout seamlessly combines the two very different
practices, making it good for both cardiovascular and strength training.
I have never taken a straight-on Pilates class before, although a regular
strength training class I take incorporates some of its movements. I tried
kickboxing a few times over the summer, but not enough for my body to adjust to
the routine. I was up for the challenge and definitely looking for something
new.
Ms. Delluomo equipped me with a pair of weighted half-pound gloves to wear
during the class that would help tone my arms. Surrounded by a handful of other
women, I followed along as the instructor began with a short warm-up and then
led into the boxing and Pilates segments.
