I received a "Total Gym 1000" as a hand me down. I have no instructions. It seems to work because my muscles ache, but I want a routine. Specific exercises for specific muscles.

I received a Total Gym 1000 from a friend. It came with all the attachments except for one- the bracket used to attach the leg pulley assembly. This is the first model Total Gym made and is apparently obsolete because I cannot find this accessory anwhere.
i race motorcycles and i want my back muscles to be more fit. i have a total gym but i really don't know which exercises work my back muscles. i need a stronger lower back and upper back.

the total gym is a complete piece of sh!t. it only uses your bodyweight so even after a few easy workouts you will realize that you could never work out hard enough to burn any amount of calories.
