Hi. I was wondering who knows about the p90x. I am 5'4 203. So yea im a little overweight. I am trying to join the military but need to loose about 50 pounds before I can enlist. Will the p90x work instead of buying a gym membership? I know I must diet

I'm 5'6 and I weigh 150 pounds
I figured that my body fat is 25.5 %

Its been 8 days since I've been using P90x
I havent been following the diet plan directly, but what i have intaken is that I am not eating any fat foods,

p90X diet plan is effective and supplements the exercise program.

I use the internet to fine suitable replacements for the stuff that I couldn't get or cannot eat.

im 18 and 5"11 145 im on day 6 of the workout..... is it bad to do this at a younger age..... and how do i know if i am working myself to hard

At 18 you are absolutely fine to do this work out. More importantly though did you meet with your Doctor prior to starting? Also did you do the fit test prior to starting?

I unfortunately did not do the Fit Test.

I bought the p90x plus dvds (without the books, forms, etc.) and need to know how they recommend you incorporate the new workouts in to the p90x program. Any help would be much appreciated.
