What is the best fitness machine to get an overall healthy and toned body?
I want to buy a fitness machine but there are so many options. I want one that tones pretty much your whole body (stomach, thighs,buttocks,arms,legs...etc.) and if not tones as mmany parts possible. What would you guys recommend treadmill,elliptical trainer, rower...etc and if you guys know other types can you tell me the name of the machine and what it does and what part of your body it tones.

Running with weights.
Now, running on its own is a joy within itself, but add some weights to your arms, and viola! works your entire legs, butt, stomach, arms. In addition, you can put on some tunes and just keep going and going...

What are workouts I can do with an elliptical fitness machine?
I have a little excercise machine at my condo along with a treadmill. I want to tone and build a little leg and upper body muscle. I just don't know how.
Ok I guess my question is how or what site can I go on for the fitness machine, it has everything but I don't know how to use it or what to do, and the little poster they give doesn't really help.
u can only do one thing on the elliptical...run and use the moving handlebars

Which home fitness machine gives the best overall workout?
I've realised I don't have room for a treadmill which was my first choice, so I'm looking for something a bit more compact like a cross trainer or an exercise bike. Would like to increase aerobic fitness mainly, but also tone up and become leaner and fitter. I'm not overweight (5'4" and weigh 49kg) and fairly active (fast walk about 4-5 miles a day). What do you think would be best?

Does the Red Fitness machine work?
I just saw a commercial for the Red Fitness machine. Anybody use it and if so how were the results??? It costs $215 so I just wanna know what i am getting for my money?
I don't know if it works, but I have found you can usually find used exercise equipment for a lot cheaper in the classified ads or on eBay. The tv prices are usually jacked way up.

What kind of at-home fitness machine has worked best for you?
I asked which is better gym or at home but forgot to ask which machine the at home users liked the most
I don't like gyms...even if they were free, I would not go there. Everybody's sweating in the same room and I cannot really be comfortable in front of strangers, sweating as well.
Gyms are only good if you're very strong and need a lot of heavy, expensive different machines or you need to be part of a class to get the motivation from a group (I do fine by myself).
I'm just an average woman so all I need is a good neighborhood, a stationary bicycle and some weights (and also my thigh master and my abs bar and my push-up handles…I have very thin wrists)...and a big sturdy piano bench I use as a weight bench.
At home, I do not have to drive there and I can do my abs in my underwear...
On my cardio days, I use an old DP Air Gometer, which is a stationary bicycle with upper body exercise.
It's bulky and noisy but I get the best cardio workout on it, watching TV full blast...cardios plus lower and upper body workout.
(I have a five day routine that I just repeat...walk, cardio, walk, rest, weights, walk, cardio, walk, rest, weights)
