Exercise machine?
I saw a commercial for this exercise machine that is kinda hard to describe. It has the little thing that you sit, kneel, or lay on and then you put your hands or your feet on this handlebar thing on the top. Then you push yourself up and down the length of this thing and you work you whatever muscle you want based on what kind of exercises you're doing. It looked like a pretty cool thing but I can't remember the name of it. Anyone got any ideas?

What is this exercise machine called and where can I find one?
Is there any such thing as an exercise machine where it's the pedals of a bicycle and that's all? I want to exercise by biking, but I don't want to use an actual bike and I don't want a stationary bike. Do they make the bike pedals so you can pedal in an ordinary chair? Does one even exist? If so, what's it called.
We frequently use these in the rehab setting for patients who are dependent on the use of a wheelchair or cannot transfer onto a traditional bike. A rehab supplier would be your best bet. Here's an example:
They make very simple non-resistive ones as well, but they do not give the average person a good workout. You really need to get one that will offer you resistance.

What is the best exercise machine for working my butt and thighs?
I'm not very overweight, just noticed my butt could use some toning and my thighs are getting a little big. I'm pretty out of shape, I don't exercise very much. I'd like this machine for my house and it can't be over $200. If anyone has any ideas please let me know. Thank you!
Youd be better at a gym. But if you want something in your home. Your best bet would be dumbbells or a barbell with weights. This way you can tone your whole body which has been scientifically proven to speed results of whatever problem areas you think you have. For your thighs and butt...Ide recommend squats and lunges. The squats are great for the butt and thighs, the lunges are great for toning them. With lunges u get to see the seperation between the thighs and hamstrings.

What is a good compact exercise machine?
I would like to get a small compact exercise machine. I would like to know a good one that will give me the best workout that is not to expensive. Brookstone has this rower that is about $200 that seems pretty good. Is rowing a good exercise? Any other ideas?

What is the best exercise machine to lose weight?
Im 19 years old and I currently am 5'3 weigh about 125 pounds. I want to lose like 10-15 pounds. What exercise machine would work best eliptical or treadmill. Also how long do you think it would take to lose the weight if I ate healthy and worked out everynight, thank-you:)
I would use the elliptical cause it works out your whole body ((arms and legs)). I think that you could loose the weight you desire in about a month.
