Has anyone every used the Bowflex Treadclimber and if so what did you think of it? Did you like it? Did you notice a significant difference from other cardio machines?
Anything made by bowflex is excellent. The tredclimber is an excellent machine. It's low impact and very good on your joints. I give it a big thumbs up.

I am about to buy either or and i want to know which will make me sweat more, which will help lose weight faster and burn more fat. Please they are both expensive, and i want to make sure which is better.
The tread-climber is actually the one you should buy if you really decide you can afford it. It combines a treadmill with a stair-step machine and will make you burn fat in less time than the treadmill.
