I wanna join a boxing gym. My plan was to work out for an hour and half with weights then my hour cardio would be with the Boxing. But all they have is The bowflex select tech dumbbells. Will my plan still work.

As long as you feel no need to go over 52.5 lbs each dumbbell max, I don't see why it wouldn't work.

I'm 5'10 and used to weigh 205. I've been doing extensive cardio and when I weighed myself this morning I now weigh 170. 2 weeks ago I got the bowflex select tech dumbbells and have been using the routine listed, which alternates between upper body

to answer your first quesiton you should be doing no more than 12 reps, the trick is heavy weight and low reps to build muscle so try somehting like this:

set 1: 10 reps
set 2: 8 reps
set 3: 6 reps

and chuck

I'm wondering if anyone here can help me set up a decent workout routine that will pretty much work out my whole body with what

Start slow, you will gradually build strength. If you are hardcore about this then you should probably work out 3-5 times a week for 1-2 hours a day. Or whatever your body feels comfortable with. You should work specific body parts. Arms : Tris and biceps
